Recovery is difficult as Consumer Courts takes more than 24 months then appeal etc. Better lodge FIR along with other victims.
The direct remedy available is to file a complaint with the Cyber Cell of the Local Police under the Cyber laws or Information Technology Act. They will get the matter resolved. You can also approach the Civil Court for recovery of the losses by lodging a Suit for Damages and Recovery. You have a good case and you will succeed.
