If the company people is not listening to you then first of all it's advisable for you to serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write to stop all these harrassment and to compensate you for the losses incurred by you as the termination was not inappropriately done and was against law. You have to warn them that either take you back or face legal action which will be at their own risk. And as far as the Google reviews are concerned that's your personal choice and no one can interfere with that.
