I have an issue. I joined in a job in Wisdom Technologies and I took a work and I did after completion they contact numbers are switched off and I thought its fake and after 25-30 days one person called me and says he is a lawyer so the company has been filed a case against you for not paying 5800, it is in the agreement. So they filed a case so you want to pay or settle down they ask I want time to pay I said then they said you don't have time so you want to pay or can we start the legal proceedings. I said ok carry on, I thought its fake but after 10 days he mailed papers with a watermark of 3 lions in that he had mentioned 1,00,000 to pay. I have been scared of that so what to do now. I think its fake but after seeing those papers i don't know is it original or fake i don't know. Can you help me what to do?

Such type of frauds are playing at large on youth these days, I advise you to make a police complaint against the company for extortion of money and mental harassment, you can also contact a lawyer along with the relevant documents for a proper consultation to avoid any damages
