Asked in Contract
Dear client Tenancy deed required to be in writting, signed by both the parties before Honourable sub registrar office and attestation of two witnesses It also required registration as per tenancy Act
Dear Client, Yes, thumb print is valid. As long as it is printed on Stamp paper and is signed by both parties and by two witnesses, it is considered binding. However, if you wish to notarize it, you may do so. Thank You.
If the parties are comfortable in thumb print then it's very well valid. And you can always write down your terms and conditions at the convience of your home. Only you need to purchase the stamp paper by depositing the requisted stamp duty. And then get it notarized. For more legal assistance I will be just a call away.
