1) Letter head agreement is valid 2) Condition clause is also valid 3) if u quit they can sue against u for recovery.. 4) if any training given or property entrusted then they can sue u for that too. 4) or refuse to give your certificate if any obtained or refuse to give reliving/experience certificate. Try to blacklist you through association. 5) They may raise this issue in IMA.. However in practical, if u didn't gave any certificates, nothing to worry and u can face later. However if ur hospital management is quite influential, better settle the issue by payment..
This is my response to you: 1. This depends on the terms of your contract; 2. Technically speaking you can buy out your notice period; 3. Also mostly they will not sue you but declare you as absconder; 4. Therefore approach the legal department and try to buy out your notice period; 5. Even if they pursue you, they will not frame you for any major crime.
