Try to blacklist you through association. 5) They may raise this issue in IMA.. However in practical, if u didn't gave any certificates, nothing to worry and u can face later. However if ur hospital management is quite influential, better settle the issue by payment..

This is my response to you: 1. This depends on the terms of your contract; 2. Technically speaking you can buy out your notice period; 3. Also mostly they will not sue you but declare you as absconder; 4. Therefore approach the legal department and try to buy out your notice period; 5. Even if they pursue you, they will not frame you for any major crime.
