Contract changing

Question

Got cheated 2 times regarding cash transaction and now wants to give less shares than before..Other 3 partners have become team and making new new shares.i m totally lossed by the new shares.till now I have not agreed.please help what to do? its real estate business where it was told 8000 shares and now changing to 5000 shares where I paid high capital.
