It, probably is the outcome of the absence of proper documentation. It would have been done in appropriate manner. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
Issue is arising due to absence of appointment letter. Holding part payment/ one month payment may help.
if you did not give the appointment then you have to face such problems it will better to have a part of salary as surety to avoid problem
1. you should have maintained a proper record of the teaching & non-teaching staff to avoid future legal complications, 2. you are legally bound to provide the appointment letter to the staff, 3. since, you are not providing them the appointment letter, resultantly, you cannot bound them from resigning without notice
