Forced To Consent To The Company Wanting To Not Adhere To Contract

I am a customer service center franchise owner and we have a contract with our company fora fixed minimum compensation amount to be paid every month. but this month company is forcing me to accept a 20% deduction in the fixed compensation agreed in the contract. the fixed compensation is paid for the expenses of my franchise like rent electricity computer and maintenance of staff in the office and in the field. Is there any legal recourse that I should pursue or should I just accept their action, also I would like to add that the company has been doing this all in verbally and no official mail or instruction is given they have verbally forced all us contractual franchise owners to accept the 20% reduction and provide acceptance from our side so that it would seem that we ourselves wanted the reduction to happen due to covid -19 , the are taking undue benefit of our situation upload supporting files: (max i mb)
