How To Take Stay On Work

my parents have made an agreement with cooperative sugar factory to give place for tower line.but now have come to to known that it is just passing through our house near by about 50-60 feet's away from house now due to its side effects we want to cancle the agreement and save our agriculture land and house. what should I do.it made more than 60 days .or can I take stay on work and if yes then what's the process to take stay order as earlier as possible
