The offer itself must be against the basic sanctity of law and the moment it's accepted the contract takes its shape. Rest of the conditions must appertunant to the contract. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Hi, Non-compliance with a word in an offer should not be interpreted as acceptance: The offeror cannot claim that the offer would be considered accepted if the offeree does not communicate acceptance by a certain date. The offeree cannot be made to bear the burden of communicating the offeror's rejection. There is no contract if the offeree does not respond since this kind of acceptance will not be considered and this type of offer is an invalid offer.
