I have prepared the following terms for doctors to accept before registration. is it ok from a legal point of view? 1. Doctor (You) required to produce a registration certificate either in state council or central council during the process of enrollment. If any forge found in any information shared by the doctor then the doctor will be held responsible for all kinds of consequences. 2. Doctor(You) is obliged to follow the policy of service committed by Cyca wellness to the patient as per the subscription plan 3. Doctor(You) is required to respond to each case complaint format submitted to you by your patient within 24 hours and all services fixed by the company under that subscription plan. If you are failed to do so without any genuine reason (Company has only discretion to accept or reject) discounted policy will be effective 4. Doctor (You) is obliged to maintain its commitment to the data safety and privacy policy of the company for the privacy of our all clients.
