I accepted the agreement on Reagus.com to use their office space utility three months before. I changed my mind thereafter and did not pay any advances as their clause of the agreement. I sent them mail that I am no more interested. Now they are asking me to pay all dues and continue to enjoy their service as per agreement or to pay around three lacs as payment for the total agreement period. Otherwise, they will take me to court. My question is: Whether my agreement becomes null and void once I did not pay the advance amount. Will this case qualify in court?
