Mediation In Domestic Violence

My husband in Dv case clearly told he is not ready for reconciliation when we had asked for reunion.50 lacs in parts was transferred to his account at different times from my account to his account which is our main dv point along with that he always kept me in different city. He has been paying emis for a joint property and says that he is paying emis and so it is his property ignoring my money tranbsferred to his accounts. he is ready to pay only 25 lacs a settlemenbt or alimony and wants me to give divorce on mutual consent. He says we are seperated for 8 years now and so court will readily give divorce . He nevr speaks about alimony saying he has this house only. he has 40 lacs annual salary paying 40000 towards a luxury car also. he is getting rent from joint property. he says jut start taking 15000 monthly and close this case or take 25 lacs as lumpsum. I get 35000 as freelancing payout and have no future security. i am 53 years old. what do you suggest?
