Actions Against Fraud Company

in the month of August a lady contact me on my email providing home based jobs she made me to sign a digital contract with her it's starting she said that she will provide 24/7 customer care service but after I signed the contract she said if I fail to submit the workload within 20 days then they will extend the date but after 13 days I was facing some server problems when I contact the customer care executive just said so there is no problem from our site and hanged up the call on 19th September they called me and said so we're taking a legal action against you since you stop working and you have breached the contract what should I do ?
