I'd like a quote for the preparation & registration of a 'Limited Liability Partnership' with an Indian National. Description: The business is a 'private member subscribed' Rugby League tipping competition. The competition will be internet-based, operating primarily in Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain & throughout the Pacific Islands. Weekly cash prizes will be awarded, along with the major end-of-season cash prizes to the top 10 correct tipsters. I want to be clear that this is not a gambling business. All funds will be received & paid out via the Pay Pal Thailand platform. Approximately 65% of the gross subscription funds will make up the cash pool paid as prizes.
