A plea has been dismissed by the Supreme Court on the postponement of JEE, NEET by saying exams must be conducted as scheduled and now a review petition is filed in the Supreme Court, but the hearing date is not yet given the exams starts from the day after tomorrow. Can they conduct an exam legally when the review petition is still not heard by the Supreme Court or exam should be not conducted until hearing. Please tell me, review petition is filed on covid-19 pandemic situations.

If there is no stay order then there is no hindrance to conduct the exams.
