Senior Citizen Appeal (COVID Crisis And Schizophrenic Son)

My elder brother suffering from mental illness (schizophrenia) for the past 26 years, staying with my 72-year-old father separately in rented accommodation, stopped taking his medicines for the past 4 months, getting verbally aggressive these days, smoking 3 pack of cigarettes daily and sometimes vodka. Father unable to take care of him anymore, wants to send him to mental asylum forever, like IHBAS Hospital in Dilshad Garden, Delhi. 1) Want to know how we can obtain reception order from magistrate with the help of a lawyer 2) Secondly, my father doesn't want him to take him back from the hospital because he would not be able to take care of him and I have my own family to take care of, so will the reception order be valid for life long or not. If yes then good, if not then kindly suggest a remedy for my father, else he will have to abandon him by going himself to old age home and leave him to his destiny.
