Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can go ahead and send them a legal notice asking for the amount alongside compensation. If that doesn't work out then you can go ahead and sue them.
You bring all contracts papers, then let's we issue a legal notice! If interested please contact us!
Hello Dear Client If You have not received Your payment and the communication has been break between you and company then you have to send him a legal notice by an Advocate then after you have to file a case against that company. For further assistance please contact me. Thanks
Issue them notice through lawyer demanding your money and if they refused to pay then File Money RECOVERY SUIT IN COURT through lawyer. Issue them notice through lawyer and File Complain in Consumer Court and claim heavy compensation.
First of all rather than going legally you should serve him a legal notice and in that notice you must write that either return my money back or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station of your area and register a FIR against the culprits under 420 and criminal breach of trust. And if you wish to go legal then you can always file a recovery suit in the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
