I am working as a full-time employee since March 06, 2017, with a Pvt ltd company in Mumbai/MMR. The company is in existence for over last 20 years and the last FY turnover of @700 crs . It has 3 factories and a manpower strength of @700 Even after March 20, 2020, we all were working as per the advice of SBU heads and management. On June 13, 2020; @ 100-120 no of the workforce were told that the company is not doing well and hence can not afford us. The HR and SBU head called each of us and conveyed the management decision and we were told that all of us would get full salary for April & May 2020 along with all PL and other dues in two installments in June and July 2020; if we resign dated May 30, 2020, Most of us with faith on management agreed and had put in papers. I am still working on LWP as of this date and still using the company's email id and Laptop for official communication with my buyers.

Dear client, Send them notice through lawyer and file complain in labour court.
