Comapny Not Paying Fnf

I worked in a comapny for 21 days, then resigned they still haven't sent any confirmation mail on that and they refuse to send any they abuse and threaten to call the police on what grounds only they know, I asked them when will they pay fnf they said after 65 days they made me work more than 10 hours a day, please help.
