A company where you are speaking to CEO means they are not company, they are small shop business. Send a legal notice to that Bas***d CEO through lawyer.

    1. you can serve the employer with a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the outstanding amount (FNF) along with the interest, 2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a civil suit/labour case for the recovery of the amount, 3. chat, call records, WhatsApp record, if relevant, can prove your case and are admissible as an evidence 4. it will take a minimum time of one year in normal circumstances.

Hi, You can send a legal notice to the company to issue the FNF. You can file a petition to labor court, if they don't comply to the same. If you find it helpful, please rate my answer. Thank You
