    - Your employer is bond to refund the dues to you , after clarify the same . - You should sent a legal demand notice for claiming the dues amount .

    You need to send a detailed legal notice to the ex Employer asking for the dues. Otherwise you may Contact the Local Labour Conciliation Officer for the purpose or the Lobour Court if not got resolved.
