You are required to send a detailed representation claiming your salery alongwith benefits attached. The you may get a legal notice served upon the company on the subject. Then you have an option to approach the Labour Conciliation Officer of your area and the matter will be resolved. And finally approach the Labour Court for the purposes if the circumstances demands. You have a good case and you will succeed definitely. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
