My employee applied H1B on behalf of me and in return asked me to give confirmation in email saying that i can't leave company until this process completes which is basically October but i don't want to work till October and hence they are asking penalty amount they spent on my case ( visa processing and LCA filing ), am I liable to pay the amount ?
