Resigning on mental health issues will be problematic. As you completed 2 years of probation, you can resign.

Hi, Right now since there is a dearth of medical staff, your resignation maybe not be accepted at this juncture due to the ongoing pandemic. Maybe you won't be allowed to discontinue and resign, please consult with your superior officers regarding the same on the feasibility and your reasons for resignation. You may also resort to serving an application provided in the notice period for resignation as directed by your department. If you like my answer, please rate me.

Basic question is that the working reports/ Confidential reports during the Probation period which matter a lot. But if you have definitely planned to resign then make a detailed representation to the department explaining Your position and then approach the Hon'ble High Court seeking direction to the Department for taking decision on the representation. It will solve Your problem. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
