I am working as an HR in a Firm which into vehicle medical services to villages. in a van there is a Driver, Lab Assistant, Nurse, Pharmacist, and doctor, they provide OPD Services. I want to know whether Overtime is applicable to such type of Medical Services

Dear Sir, If overtime is not given then you may approach Labor Commissioner and Labor Ministry and High Court to get reliefs.
