You approach CAT if you are Central GOVT employee else approach High Court it's infringement of your fundamental rights to live as held by Hon'ble SUPREME Court.
rahal ji 2 days ago you replied that you are working on contractual basis, fine . now tell me about your company and it's profile and brief your work profile. Your company is a trading unit or it is a manufacturing unit. and tell me that what kind of working provide your company.
