I am working with a reputed BANK in the sales department. my branch manager pressurized me to type a mail for the transfer. After the mail, my reporting manager asked me to go to an unknown city and after reach there he informed me that I have been transferred there but I have not received any mail for transfer. When I ask what if I became corona positive than he answered nothing will happen maximum you will DIE. So from next day, I stopped visiting that unknown city branch and due to this visit some family issue has been started and my engagement also got broken because of this so me and my family depressed and I was not able to visit the branch or not able to call BANK to issue me an ABANDONMENT LETTER. I m ready to submit my resignation from the organization but no one is ready to accept it and seniors and HR want me to terminate. What should I do to get a relieving letter.? I have replied to an abandonment letter by mail and courier but I have not received any single answer from there.

send a mail to your higher authority with all the facts and if you are not ready to work then you can also send your resignation. if they want to terminate you against your will and wish and without the rules then you can move to the court.
