Rejoining In The Government Department

Sir l am a govt employee and got appointment on a new post. But l was alloted my own division cadre. Finally l joined the new department . It is pertinent to mention that l was suffering from serious medical problems at my home my mother was suffering from serious medical problems and my wife suffering from a rare disease with a nine month old child. Thse conditions lead me in depression and as l have to give duty outside my division l was forced to submit my resignation immediately after 7 days of joining and continued my first job Now l want to rejoin the 2nd job again and l already have submitted representation regarding withdrawal of my resignation.
