My question related to the salary is not paid for the period of April to October 2020 and overtime charge for January to march. I worked for 12 hours every day I think over 8 hours would be considered as overtime. And does overtime wages applicable in the hospitality or hotel industry because hr department says it doesn't apply to this industry (overtime wages).

Your question pertains to the service conditions as mentioned in your Offer Letter or Appointment Documents. You can recover your salery by initiating the Legal process through Labour Court but the Overtime issue is the matter of mutual Understanding. Get it confirmed.
