I have worked as Lecturer and s Principal, Govt. College of Telangana and retired from services on 31-08-2019 after getting 58 years. I have two long pending Extraordinary leave on medical grounds to be sanctioned. I have availed extra-ordinary leave on medical grounds and loss of pay from 2-7-2000 to 05-11-2003 and reported to the office of on 6-11-2003. After an enquiry by the Regional Joint Director, I was reposted 21.12.2004. I have represented the total leave is 7year 3 months. EOL on private affairs was sanctioned on 25.5.2017 for a certain period as the period of EOL has exceeded Five years. But EOL on medical grounds was not sanctioned yet. Now I was superannuated and retired from services. I could not submit the pension papers as this leave was not sanctioned. already one year's time is passed. I need legal advice on this aspect. Can I approach the Supreme court or Is there any way to solve this issue.

You are forbidden from approaching the highest COURT directly but You should approach the Education Commision for this purpose, if your State has established this. Otherwise you should approach the Administrative Tribunal of your area. You will get relief. You have a good case and you will succeed definitely.
