I am a Karnataka State government employee - working as Dalayat [Group -D] My probationary period is 2 years. I have served 2 years 7 months. But probationary was not declared neither they havenâ€™t extended. During this period they have terminated me on a small allegation [Where I have called a person for asking bribe in helping to get him a NOC]. They are considering me as a probationer without any warning they have directly terminated me.
