I got married 3 months back. My wife went to her home not coming back and father in law started fight with me and my wife is not talking and not responding back. Also, my wife's first father leaves and mother in law got married to other guys. Now, who is acting as father to my wife. they scolded my mom but not recorded and I scolded my father and mother in law they recorded it. I asked my wife if she wants to stay with me or not she is not responding but her father is responding telling need to stay in their native with my wife so I need to leave my job go to wife's place. Tried to clear issue with Family members still no luck her father making big trouble. How to proceed further? plz help me

Hi, You may send her a legal notice asking her for return, moreover, you may proceed and approach the court and file a suit for the restitution of conjugal rights. However, you may also file for the divorce. If you find this helpful, please rate us for the same.
