Hi, My mutual divorce case is pending in Delhi, the first motion is done in feb 2023 all the payments and terms as decided in our compromise deed have been fulfill by me and my family. No any case is filed related to DV/498A/125 till yet. My wife is also a working women. Now my wife and her family member said that they want more money and they want go to the women cell. Can she do that as per law and what i have to be do to save from her to myself and my family. And what to do if she is not come for 2nd motion on the basis of first motion.

1. Yes, She has right to File complain any where. 2. Issue her notice through lawyer demanding your money and if she refused to pay then File Money RECOVERY SUIT IN COURT through lawyer to recover money.

If you have gone through a settlement deed that was signed and executed then she can't backfoot on the conditions written in the deed. But even if she chooses not to come on the second motion then she has to return all the alimony given at the time of first motion else you will have the liberty to file a recovery suit against her on the basis of that settlement deed.
