Your question is a nonsense. You must know that in criminal matters suit can not be filed. In criminal matters once any order/judgment is passed that court can not exercise any further jurisdiction. Only higher court has revisional or Appellate jurisdiction. There is no review in criminal law. You must also know that no exparte orders can be made in criminal matters. Further 498a IPC is a serious offence and is a warrant trial case and also can not be proceeded unless on complaints to police and completion of the investigation, filing of charge sheet etc which are sine qua non. 125 is a separate proceedings. So your narrations are absolutely nonsensical.
