my wife filled 498a case.same time she filled for maintenance.but they have given wrong address to the court.so i did not get any notice.so court has given EXPARTE DECREE judgment.As i am not aware of judgment,i didn't pay any maintenance.again court has sent 125(3) crpc notice.from beginning,i am ready to stay with my wife.could you please suggest how i can proceed.
