Accidental Death

I met with an accident the other person died. We have CCTV footage to prove it was not my fault. Police are demanding money. What will happen to me if this case goes to court. The vehicle has no insurance. I have a driving license for 4 wheelers and not a two-wheeler. accident was done by two-wheeler. I am 27 years old. I run a business and employ more than 30 people at my firm. How can I get out of this case?
