I have received challan of Rs 20000 u/s 1:115/194 MV Act as I was driving motor bike on meerut expressway. I do not understand reason of this challan as I live in Gurgaon and I see thousands of bike on Gurgaon expressway daily. How can law be so biased in different states? How should I save the payment of this challan?
