Sir, My Car RC got expired in April'2022 month. I took car insurance from May'2022. Insurance company took nearly 5000/- money online and given Insurance for 1 year. In Jul'2022 month, my Car met with an Accident. Now Insurance company is Denied my Claim stating that Car is not having valid RC. Is this Valid. Pls suggest. What steps can I take further. 1. Can my Car get Insurance amount 2. Can I ask for Insurance amount back as RC is invalid and Insurance claim is denied on the basis of Invalid RC?? Thanks in adv, Pavan.

File a complaint in consumer form, because whenever policy is issued insurance should not escape from his liability.... definitely you will success
