Car Is On Superdari, How To Check FIR And Close The Case | Vkeel - Free Legal Advice

Case - Offending vehicle hit four standing cars including my car. Police came and register a FIR and took all 5 cars in custody. Then I released my car on superdari in 2017 but the court has not returned RC. Taken a claim from Insurance and my car was repaired in 25000rs. I have not received any notice yet. I called the owner of another Car. They said we have taken the RC and the case is disposed of. I also want RC back and free from this case without any compensation. Due to lockdown, I have not visited the court again. Don't know how to check the status of FIR via phone or online. How to dispose of this case and sell the car.

You have to approach local advocate to resolve your issue as online data is not sufficient for you to get all the relives like getting RC etc..

you can check the case status on e Court case detail was mentioned at the time of release of your car on superdari if the case has been already decided then you can move an application and your RC will be released from the record room
