I have second hand 17 year old two-wheeler vehicle and it is obvious that its RC paper has expired Now, the problem is following 1. RC is in the name of a Company 2. I want to sell Now, what is the legal perspective if the third buyer gets involved in some kind of accident.

The RC owner and you both will be liable to compensate. Even RC owner may also proceed against you like cheating etc for selling his property illegally without its permission.
