Seeking Legal advice as per IRDA rule or as per law or any past court hearings on PA Death Claim Clearance 1) Is insurance company can ask to submit Succession Certificate to get the Death Claim amount even though Nominee (Legal Heir) is alive of the deceased. 2) Is Nominee will be a default claimant be considered by insurance to receive the claim amount or insurance can allow another legal heir also to give the share of the claim amount.
