Provision Of Short Stay Temporary Road Tax For Personal Private Vehicle In Telengana

I would like to know whether there is any Provision of Short Stay Road Tax for Private Vehicle in Hyderabad city (Telengana)following norms (as gathered) in Kerala and Andhra imposing a  temporary tax on such vehicles on an annual basis and allowing vehicles to have free movement. I am a person who has to move FREQUENTLY FOR OFFICE WORK  from one city to another city in India. THE STAY IS MOSTLY FOR 15/20  MONTHS ROUGHLY             If a vehicle registered in one State has been kept in another state for a period exceeding twelve months the owner is required to obtain a new registration mark to be assigned by the registering authority within whose jurisdiction the vehicle then is in terms of section 47 of the Motor Vehicle Act 1988(A) If the stay is not permanent but it is going to be just more than a year by few more months only then whether local RTO office where I am going will accept short-term road tax by paying Permission from the RTO is obtained to move freely
