Traffic Challans During The Lockdown Period

I am working as a senior staff nurse in sir Ganga ram hospital Delhi. As I am working in a hospital I used my car to travel. But from 21st to yesterday Delhi police thanked me with challans of 100000/ of my service. Sir most of the places the lights were not working. Sometimes it is blinking like red and green and we don't know the speed limit. I don't know what to do. This is the first time for me. During this time our salaries are cut. Only half of the salaries we are getting. If this condition prevails how can I go for the duty? I am in utter tension because of this. I lost the family balance and work balance. Kindly give me an advice
