In your case the properties will be distributed among legal heirs of deceased as per Muslim law ie if there is any sharer then first of all their prescribed share will be given to them thereafter the rest properties will be distributed among the residuary es in the ratio of 2:1 ie son will get 2 and daughter will get 1

if there is no will than court may distribute the share equally to all legal heirs... just file a partition suit so uh can get ur share ar uh could do a settlement deed between uh nd other legal heirs.. distribute share equally or with mutual concern

prepare death certificate, then file suit for partition if other legal heirs not giving share
