My uncle purchase home on loan in joint name with his son to extend loan limit, and all emi paid by uncle and his son staying away from him from more 8 years now my uncle want to sell and divide amount within all his son but whose name on agreement he demanding 50% amount after sale. Can my uncle sale house without his concern. Or what to do please suggest

in whose name the plot was purchased?.. ur uncle can file declaration suit and get relief, if he could not complete registration..
