Lost property case at high court due to non payment of money as directed by High Court. Conditional stay was vacated. Can we approach the Supreme Court now? Is immediate filing and stay possible before the date given by Bank for possession.

This can be done by invoking rule 150 of High court rules or 151 CPC.

You can again approach the High Court itself for enlargement of time and offer to pay the amount ordered when the same comes up for admission.
