is there any law to protect people from pain due to supply of water to houses by ulhasnagar muncipal corporation at midnight around 12.am to 2 am... by researching on this issue i got news that there is a decision of high court on this issue " that not to supply water from 12 am to 6 am" i just wanna copy of dat judgement so dat i cn file an case against the authority..

u can file PIL . BUT it can't sustain .I think. it is issue but due to misuse of water it can't sustain . very few people are there which u provides.ok u file first then .. ....
