Hi, My relatives those who bought 1 acre land before 1960's from one person. That land is mentioned as residential area-3 in patta / chitta. If they would like to sell that land whether they need to get DTCP approval . If yes how to get it done ?. Please guide us.

If you are absolute owner without any restrictions to sell, then you may sell without approval but if there is stipulation for DTCP approval then such approval is necessary and may be applied through local lawyer. Consult online if need further assistance.
