I have booked a plot in last December, and the process of legal verification and due to lockdown process took long and now we got to know some litigation cases going on the property and we want to go ahead with cancellation. But the builder is stating we can cancel the booking but they cannot refund the amount as we signed a booking agreement stating 100% forfeit. So now how to go ahead with cancellation with refund.

Dear Sir, You may get issue a legal notice threatening to approach Consumer Court and out of reputation question the builder may come down and return entire amount paid by you. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.

Dear Sir, Need to issue a legal notice to the builder. In case the builder does not respond then we have to file online complaint on RERA site
